SlingBox Host Wanted

I'm looking for a reliable SlingBox host with HD capability, using up-to-date hardware (preferably SlingBox 350 or 500), and a reliable high-speed upstream. Content provider is not an important issue, Xfinity, Fios, DirecTV, Dish, as long as it has premium content and DVR capabilities.
